Club Practice Night
Starting on Tuesday 29th July until the end of the season we will be holding a Club practice night. Under 12s to attend from 6 - 7.30 pm with over 12s and adults from 7.30 pm onwards. |
EHCC Family Day
On Sunday 10th August we will be holding a family day with games for the children and BBQs for people to cook their own food. Please also bring your own drinks. The fun starts at 3 pm and we look forward to seeing you there. |
6-a-side cricket competition
Chris Ward is kindly organising a 6-a-side competition on Sunday 24th August. Four teams are currently due to take part and the action will start around 12 noon. If the weather looks fair we might also aim to have a BBQ that day too. If the competition has to be cancelled then the Bank Holiday Monday has been penciled in as a reserve day. |
Under 25s versus Over 25s Match
The youngsters have challenged the old timers to a match and this is scheduled to take place on Sunday 14th September. It is planned to have another BBQ during the tea interval. |

Langbaurgh League Update - Saturday 19th July
The 1st XI suffered a deluge of rain forcing abandonment of the game at Broughton with the home side on 19 - 2 after 10.1 overs, Dave Willey and Simon Lea claiming a wicket each.
At Harlsey the 2nd XI played 19 overs but were eventually forced to abandon the game following persistent rain. Harlsey had been asked to bat first and were 25 - 3 when the game was called off.
